Welcome to WKB Design,
My name is Wil Keltjens, and I recently moved to Kirkland, Canada. I
teach classes and workshops with a medium from The Netherlands
called Paverpol (which is now available in Canada). This fabric
hardener allows people to create a sculpture or garden statue in a
one-day workshop without any prior sculpting experience.
Paverpol is a environmentally-friendly, water-based hardener and is
harmless to people, plants, and animals. It is a one-step, non-toxic
creme that gives artists and crafters a serious new medium with
which to expand their scope of work, either indoors or outside.
I have recently become the official Paverpol distributor for Quebec,
Nova Scotia and The Maritimes. Check out my online store to order
all the products you need for your next creation!
Enjoy my site and all its links, and be sure to check out the newest
workshops.

Announcements:
This is St. Sebastian and he was a part of the
exhibition at April 25 at the Penn & Brush
gallery in NY.
I'm happy to announce that I won an award with
this piece of Paverpol and Art stone.
St Sebastian didn't travel back home with me to
Montreal because he was sold the day after the
openings reception.

WKBdesign and The Dutch Hill
We are organizing the first RECPP (Regional
Eastern Canada PaverParty). This is a 2-day
class for CPI's from Ontario, Quebec, the
Maritimes, and open to the public as well.
We will start Friday night with our own
openingsexhibition, where every participant
shows at least 3 pieces of their own work. If
you would like to learn more about Paverpol
and its creations, you're welcome to stop by
and observe or try yourself at the 'make and
take' table.
This event will be held at:

What others create with Paverpol...
Nathan ordered 6 litres of Paverpol and, without
further instruction about the product, created this
beautiful sculpture and promised me more
creations are in progress!

A Ton of Automatons
This piece was created using over 1000 meters of galvanized
steel wire. This wire and calibers were wound into neurons
using pliers. Then, 8 yards of cotton fabric was cut into strips
and dipped into Paverpol. Ultimately, these were tied into
knots with wire forming a 75 cm sphere.
